Hopdoddy Launches Gluten-Free Menu In Austin Area

AUSTIN, TX — The popular Hopdoddy Burger Bar chain is launching a "Gluten-Free and Dairy-Free Friday" menu this week, officials said.

To be unveiled on May 22, the specialized menu will feature limited items in partnership with Siete Family Foods, 4th Tap Brewing Co-op and NadaMoo Ice Cream, officials detailed.

In an email, officials described how Chef Matt Schweitzer of Hopdoddy Burger Bar sought to create a fun, one-day event for Hopdoddy fans living gluten- or dairy-free lifestyles. "Thus," officilas wrote, "Gluten-Free and Dairy-Free Friday was born."
