Latinos Take The Lead Will Highlight Latinos Roles In Non-Profits

Latinos Take the Lead, a networking event, to highlight the important roles Latinos play on non-profit boards and their community impact.

AUSTIN, TX -- The New Philanthropists, Young Hispanic Professional Association of Austin, and Prospanica Austin will host "Latinos Take the Lead" on Tuesday, Feb. 27 from 6 PM - 8 PM.

This unique event will give Latinos the opportunity to come together and meet like-minded Latino leaders to discuss the importance of Latino representation on non-profit boards. This is a great event to share experiences and suggest how to bring cultural awareness and identity to better serve nonprofit boards, as well as describing how Latinos play such a key role in making Austin more inclusive.

Latinos Take the Lead is open to anyone in the Latino community that currently serves or is interested in serving on non-profit boards. The meet-up will feature complimentary appetizers and adult beverages. The New Philanthropists is generously supported by the St. David's Foundation. For more information on this event, click HERE.
