Local Non-profit Organization Spreads Happiness in Austin by Providing the ‘Best Day Ever’ to Those in Need

Austin, Texas – /News Reported by LaGuardia Media and Public Relations/ – In the great state of Texas, there exists a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is “to showcase the power of love, human connection, and the belief that every person deserves to feel truly valued.” Inspired by the idea that love is the universal language, the nonprofit aims to bring unforgettable moments of joy to those who deserve it most, according to their website.

Spearheaded by Matt Worthington and his team, The Best Day Ever Foundation provides “experiences” for those who are nominated for participation by community members, friends and family members. The foundation relies on strategic partners such as Elsewhere SATX, Texas Stars Hockey, San Antonio Zoo and MyAustin Magazine (to name a few) to help facilitate these memorable moments for the participants that are chosen.

Participants have included single mothers, children with disabilities, fathers who have lost loved ones and others. In fact, the Best Day Ever Foundation most recently raised $2,000 for a family with a child with Rett syndrome, providing the family with a much needed supplement to their income, which they could use in any way they would like.

The foundation is now accepting new nominations, as well as local business partners and corporate sponsors who would like to assist in facilitating “experiences” for those nominated.
