Memorial Day Meals To Go Available In Austin

AUSTIN, TX — Restaurants are slowly reopening amid the reach of coronavirus — allowed to be operational at 50 percent occupancy, up from 25 percent — but many of us continue adhering to physical distancing safeguards to help blunt the spread of illness.

Fortunately, restaurants across the city will be offering special Memorial Day meals to go, yielding a chance to share a memorable feast with family members while limiting exposure to illness.

Side note: The restaurant's name "contigo" is "with you" in Spanish, an appropriate moniker given our days of self-isolation yet suggesting the intimacy of dining at home.
