Online Vegan Cooking Classes Offer Delicious Fall/Winter Recipes

The series teaches how to prepare great vegan dishes including Thanksgiving recipes, and winter stews and soups in time for the holidays.

AUSTIN, TX—Introduce the delicious flavors of vegan meals into your home, and learn recipes with online step-by-step guidance from the safety of your kitchen. The online courses offer participants the opportunity to experience a variety of plant based flavors and cuisine with Vegan Lifestyle Coach and Yoga Teacher, Christina Gdisis.

The "Thanksgiving" Dinner Series begins with a class scheduled Sunday, Nov. 8 from 11 a.m. - 12:30 p.m., with the live class offering new and helpful information to help add depth to your dishes, and allows participants to become more comfortable in the kitchen preparing one-of-a-kind dishes for your family and your guests. Participants have the chance to gain comfort in preparing whole food dishes; expand your culinary plant based knowledge; learn about vegan alternatives; and enjoy fun experience while meeting other foodies.

November 8th
Hearty Lentil Loaf, Creamy Garlic Mashed Potatoes w/ Gluten Free Onion Gravy and Classic Mac & Cheese Casserole
November 15th
Savory Sweet Potato Shepards Pie, Pan Fried Mushroom and Peas (family recipe!), and Seasonal Autumn Salad
November 22nd
Holiday Mushroom Wellington, Roasted Herbed Carrots & Brussel Sprouts, and a Homemade Cranberry Sauce

Here's how the course registrations work:

Step 1: Choose any of the classes you would like to attend (mix & match) - with the option to purchase a Package of 2, 3, 5, or 8 - as well as single classes. (no need to have attended previous cooking classes - come as you are)
Step 2: Receive ingredient list about one week before class. Receive ZOOM meeting room link the day before class.
Step 3: The day of - have your ingredients and supplies ready, log into room, and cook together.
