“With Pflugerville growing by leaps and bounds, this presents a great opportunity for investors to own valuable real estate in a prime location," Lanier, the listing agent, said in a prepared statement. "The establishment brings in a tight-knit, friendly community, residents from nearby communities and even Austin residents looking to escape the noise of the city. State Highway 130 has become the preferred route home when faced with travel along IH 35, thus bringing ample traffic past this site.”
