Salsa-Prep Class Benefits World Central Kitchen Amid COVID-19

Siete Foods will host a virtual salsa-making class featuring famed Chef Andrés offering step-by-step instructions of delicious recipes.

AUSTIN, TX — Siete Foods, the Austin-based healthy Mexican-American food brand, will host a special virtual event in support of World Central Kitchen and their efforts to deliver nutritious meals to those in need during the pandemic. Siete Summer: Salsa-Prep Class is an opportunity to enjoy a virtual evening learning step-by-step instructions to create three tasty salsas using fresh, simple ingredients, such as tomatillos, peaches and Roma tomatoes.

The virtual event scheduled Tuesday, August 18 from 6 p.m. - 7 p.m. will feature Chef Andrés and Chef Scarleth from Siete's Culinary and Innovation Team leading the class that promises to offer the great salsa recipes you can enjoy year-round. Participants will also create Watermelon Mint Agua Fresca, including a margarita-style variation. Tickets are $10 with all proceeds benefitting World Central Kitchen and their ongoing commitment helping communities in need. For more information, click HERE.
