AUSTIN, TX —In the midst of the new coronavirus or COVID-19 crisis, Austin and its small business community are finding creative ways to help. Sugar Mama's Bakeshop, whose website proudly states their shop is "Keeping Austin Sweet", began the CupCare Package Program offering cupcake delivery to first responders, healthcare professionals, shelters or animal rescue organizations.

With the Community Giving Package, customers are able to select an organization and customize the type of delivery they'd like them to receive, from assorted cupcakes to cookie decorating kits. If you want to brighten your neighbor's day, customers also have the option to deliver to any Austin address for a flat rate or order for pickup at our Southside location for free.

As one of Austin's most beloved shops, owners Olivia and Steve O'Neal have given back to the community over the last several years since Sugar Mama's Bakeshop first started. 10 Austin residents are employed with the popular bakery, and the O'Neal's donate a portion of their earnings to local charities. Their goal is to spread sweetness and cheer to their community, and now more than ever, Austin neighbors are invited to help fulfill their mission.
