AUSTIN, TX -- If you're like most people, it's not unusual to feel sluggish just after the holidays. Experts suggest there are several reasons that contribute to feelings of sadness or anxiety after the holidays. For many, it may come from a full social calendar leading up to Christmas followed by a slow down period.
For others, the fatigue that comes from traveling slowly creeps in leaving us feeling in a slump. Fortunately, there are ways to navigate those holiday blues.
