AUSTIN, TX—Eligible Austin-area community members can enjoy VaccineAccess, a CapMetrocurb-to-curb complimentary service to receive the COVID-19 vaccination. Capital Metro is providing transportation, not the vaccine, and customers must secure and schedule their vaccine with their healthcare provider.

MetroAccess vehicles are accepting requests from community members and healthcare providers for transportation assistance to receive their COVID-19 vaccinations through phases I and II. This complementary service is only available to individual customers at this time.

Eligible members may make a reservation by calling 512-369-6050 on Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. to request the service with 1 day advance notice. Customers will need to provide:
