Vegan Holiday Treats Class Lets Guests Create Several Recipes

East Austin Culinary Studio offers a special vegan holiday treats making class that teaches ways to make delicious goodies for Christmas.

AUSTIN, TX —With the countdown to Christmas in full swing and holiday parties on the horizon, what better way to prepare than to add a new skill to your celebration repertoire. Chef Morgan with Leo's Table and Qué Bueno Bakery will host their Vegan Holiday Treat Class that teaches everything you need to know for creating vegan treats that are sure to become the hit of any party. The event will offer the opportunity to make delectable treats that you'll be able to take home and share with family and friends.

The Treats Class will include Lindzor Cookies; sugar cookies; gingerbread cookies; chocolate and white chocolate-covered pretzels; peppermint bark. Guests will learn how to decorate sugar cookies and gingerbread with royal icing, and making cookie dough for Lindzor cookies, and working with chocolate. At the conclusion of class, guests will have a platter of delicious holiday treats that are vegan and nut-free. BYOB, and guests will enjoy sparkling water, tea/coffee, and a few sweet snacks.
