Virtual Fundraiser Benefits City's Parks, Trails and Green Spaces

Parks At Home: A Fun-Raiser invites the community to an online event featuring delivery of 3-course dinner and silent auction items.

AUSTIN, TX — Celebrate Austin Park Foundation's fun-raiser and their mission to connect people with the beautiful parks that make Austin unlike any other city around. Participants will be able to enjoy a great evening at home, raising funds that will improve the City's nearly 300 parks, including renovations like Georgian Acres and Little Walnut Creek, as well as continuous park care and community events.

Ticket holders to Party for the Parks scheduled Wednesday, Sept. 30, will enjoy a 3-course dinner from Emmer & Rye, drinks from the best brands in the City, and more. The evening will also feature a silent auction with items including trips and getaways, technology, spirits and more. The current pandemic has spotlight the importance of maintaining and improving parks for the benefit of the community, and Austin Park Foundation's 25-year commitment to the city's parks, trails and green spaces benefit all those who are fortunate to call Austin home.
