Waterloo Park Hosts Virtual Tours For Behind The Scenes Look

AUSTIN, TX—Waterloo Park, Austin's newest 11-acre park located in the heart of Downtown, invite the community to Waterloo-In-Place: Waterloo Park Virtual Tours, a series of free interactive tours from the comfort of home. Participants will get a behind-the-scenes look at the construction progress for the park slated to open in 2020.

Each tour features presentations by Waterloo Greenway staff and City partners, and will showcase different aspects for the park. Waterloo Park will be home to 1.5 miles of hike and bike trails, Hill Country gardens, playscape, and the 5,000-person-capacity Moody Amphitheater. The tours will be offered on multiple dates and be held via GoToMeeting video conferencing, with opportunities for participants to submit tour questions in advance via email at info@waterloogreenway.org or on social media @waterloogreenway. If you can’t make it, full recordings of the tours will be posted at waterloogreenway.org the following day.
