Woman Missing From South Austin Home Found Safe
Modesta Soliz, 56 had last been seen on Wendesday afternoon, with concern heightened given existing health conditions.
SOUTH AUSTIN, TX — A woman reported missing by the Austin Police Department was ultimately found safe, police said Thursday.
Police on Wednesday had issued a notice on Wednesday at 1 p.m. alerting that Modesta Soliz, 56, was missing after having been seen last along the 2800 block of South Interstate 35. Given that the woman depends on a motorized wheelchair and has medical conditions, concern over her welfare was heightened.
By Thursday, police said the woman was found safe.
