Xplor Preschools Donate More Than $1,400 to Wildlife in Australia

Students held a variety of fundraisers to raise money for World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) – Australia

Students at Xplor Preschools in the Austin area - including Leander, Round Rock, Georgetown and Anderson Mill Road – recently raised more than $1,400 for World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) – Australia. The donations were the result of a variety of events at four participating schools from Feb. 10-14. To raise money for the organization, schools sold “I Helped Save a Koala” bracelets and t-shirts, hosted a parents’ night out, offered Valentine’s Day-themed photoshoots and held bake sales. Through these initiatives, students learned the importance of caring for the environment and giving back to others in need.

World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) – Australia is the seventh largest member of the WWF Network and strives to conserve biodiversity in Australia and throughout the Oceania region.
