ACC Riverside was put on alert on Thursday afternoon after Austin police apprehended a suspect near the campus.
Senior police officer Veneza Bremner told Patch that police apprehended a man that led officers on a chase in the area. The suspect was in a stolen vehicle, and took off on foot after reaching a location near the campus.

“One suspect is in custody and officers are still searching for another suspect,” said Bremner.
Both suspects have been described as juvenile individuals. There is no threat to ACC Riverside.
