East Sides Pies Named Best Pizza in Austin

Move over Home Slice, East Side Pies took the No. 1 spot in a recent list of the top 10 pizzas in Austin.

The East Austin pizza joint was praised for its Moon Tower Pie and the Royal Blue Pizza, by the foodie website Tabelog.

“East Side Pies offers a great selection of signature pies made with fantastic fresh toppings,” the site said.

“We love pizza and are always on the lookout for something tasty, and there are a lot of restaurants to choose from, but we went looking for the best. We sampled some delicious pizza and compiled a list of our favorites,” the reviewers said on their website.
