2020EHR is looking for significant industry knowledge, a solid understanding of a wide range of healthcare solutions (EHR/PM/RCM/etc.), and a proven track record in successfully managing and closing sales. This role currently reports to the Senior Vice President of Sales and will require at least 50 percent travel.
Successful candidates can move from the CVS/pharmacy Retail Management Development Program as a Store Management Trainee to an Assistant Store Manager to a Store Manager in one to three years and through the CVS/pharmacy Leadership Program into field management and/or executive opportunities in three to five years.
Store Management staff drives store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through a focus on excellent customer service. Successful managers maintain an engaged store team through demonstrating initiative and leading by example. Support for managers comes not only from their individual store teams, but also regional field management, call centers, distribution centers, and Customer Support Center headquarters.
The Hospice Branch Director is a Registered Nurse who manages all aspects of terminal care and has expertise in pain and symptom management and previous experience in hospice nursing. Additionally, the Hospice Branch Director supervises the staff, has knowledge of and manages documentation requirements, oversees service coordination and case management. The Hospice Branch Director must have excellent communication skills and the ability to execute an effective, supportive sensitive approach in response to needs of the employees and the patients and their families. The Hospice Branch Director supervises the day-to-day office and clinical operations as well as the planning, coordination, and delivery of the interdisciplinary team interventions. The Hospice Branch Director is responsible for the assignment of appropriate staff members to patients/families, and acting as a staff nurse when necessary. Also, the Hospice Branch Director participates in community awareness and education programs.
