New Pizza Joint and Bar Joins East Sixth Street

East Austin’s newest eatery, Burn Pizza + Bar, is promising unique Roman-style pizzas and traditional Italian cuisine.

The Dunlap Austin inspired menu, including The Clive and The 96er, are all welcomed in the thriving restaurant culture on Sixth. Roman-style pizzas include generous toppings atop very thin crusts, so customers are treated to fresh ingredients like chicory, mozzarella, broccoli, and sausage.

The restaurant and bar, which is the sixth project from Bridget Dunlap, is open daily from 5 p.m. until midnight.
