Beaver's Opens Second Location, and the Space is Huge
New year brings new tenant for space formerly occupied by Texadelphia on Westheimer

HOUSTON — "Don't mess with a winning concept" is a good mantra, and Jon Deal and Todd Johnson, the principals at Beaver's, the popular Heights eatery with a fun logo and name and some fine food and drink, have followed it by extending their formula to the Galleria area.
Beaver's is now open at 6025 Westheimer Road, and the location is more than three times the size of the original Beaver's, around 40,000 square feet in total, according to the Beaver's Facebook page. Expect a few themed areas, including an adults-only whiskey bar, known as the Beaver Den, and the Backyard, boasting artificial turf, picnic tables, and a cool table now doing business as a bar.
Menu items will include barbecue, po'boys, tacos, and chicken fried steak, not to mention burgers, macaroni and cheese, and other fast-casual staples.
