Citizens Video Apparent Drunk Driver, Pull Him Over And Make Arrest: Watch
This car was weaving all over the road and had part of the front passenger-side fender ripped apart
HOUSTON, TX — Passengers in one vehicle witnessed a car swerving and weaving all over the road Saturday night, and they pulled the man over to make a citizens' arrest in an H-E-B parking lot at Westheimer Road and Weslayan Street. Oh, they got the whole thing on video, too.
The riders in the trailing vehicle followed what looked to be a white Ford Mustang for several minutes, watching the white car veer into the turning lane and then bounce back to the far right lane. Though some panic could be heard inside the trailing vehicle, the family apparently kept their cool and followed the car into a crowded H-E-B parking lot.
During the chase, when the white car made a right turn at an intersection, it appeared that the fender on the front passenger side had been ripped apart but still intact as it waved freely in the early Houston evening. When the white car came to a stop in the parking lot, the men from the trailing car approached the white car, forced him to stop, put it in park and then they pulled a young man from the car.

The good samaritans took the driver of the white car to the back of that car and placed his hands behind his back, holding him there until they called the Houston Police Department, who quickly showed up and placed handcuffs on the driver.
It didn't seem there were any passengers in the white car and no one was hurt in the video.
