Gator Crawl Returns To Tanglewood Middle School

Arts celebration, set for April 28, raises funds for school's parent-teacher organization.

HOUSTON, TX — There will be food trucks, student art for sale, music, theatrical performances, and more, and it's all for a good cause: The Tanglewood Middle School School Parent-Teacher Organization. And there's something new this year at the Gator Crawl.

Taft McWhorter, an artist from the Houston area, will put on a live demonstration at this year's Crawl — his work sells for as much as $5,000 — and he's also going to talk to students about doing what one loves and making a living wage from it.
