Harvey Jones, 34, of Houston, is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and his brother, Jeremy Jones, is charged with capital murder.
The brothers are being held at the Harris County jail, according to court records, and bail was denied for both of them.
Updated on March 29: An argument that was sparked because people were sitting on stairs at the Haverstock Hills apartment complex led to the shooting incident involving Brandy Rusher, who appeared in Season Four of "America's Next Top Model." Rusher remains in intensive care at a Houston Hospital. Two people died in the shooting, and four others, including Rusher, were injured.
Court documents released on Wednesday indicate that police officials are possibly looking for Angelic Jones, sister of brothers Harvey and Jeremy Jones, who are suspected of carrying out the shooting. The Jones brothers are at large as well.
The argument broke out when the shooting victims became involved in a dispute with Jacqueline Brown, common-law wife of Harvey Jones. She was, as reported by the Houston Chronicle and other outlets, upset with the group because they were loitering around stairs near her apartment.
Shortly after the argument broke out, the Jones brothers and Angelic Jones pulled up near the group in a white sedan. According to the court documents, Jeremy Jones opened fire on the group, then the trio and Brown sped away in two cars.
Christopher Beatty and Gary Wayne Rusher were killed in the shooting, while Arthur Larkin, Isiah Rusher, Rusher and Ty'bra Baptiste were injured.

HOUSTON, TX — Two people were killed and and least four others injured when someone wielding a high-powered rifle opened fire at a northeast Houston apartment complex Sunday. TMZ is reporting that Brandy Rusher, a finalist on the reality show "America's Next Top Model," was one of the victims and is in intensive care at a local hospital.
Harris County Sheriff's Office officials said the shooting occurred around 6:30 p.m. on Sunday evening at the Haverstock apartment complex in the 5600 block of Aldine Bender Road. According to the sheriff's office, a white car occupied by three men pulled into the complex and drove up to a group of people standing outside. "We do know it was an AR-style rifle, an AK type or an AR 15. Multiple rounds were fired, 15 to 18 rounds were fired at the group of individuals," HCSO Deputy Thomas Gilliland said, according to KHOU.

The three men sped away in the car and are being sought by authorities.
“I'm just frustrated at the fact that here it is again at Haverstock Apartments,” Edward Buford, senior pastor at Sunrise Community Church, told KHOU. “There needs to be more focus on places like this. There needs to be more money for ministries that are willing to be here Monday through Saturday and not just on Sunday.”
TMZ posted this video, apparently shot by a witness, on its site on Monday morning.
Rusher, who appeared on Season Four of "America's Next Top Model," was arrested in Houston in 2010 and charged with resisting arrest after she shoved a police officer.
