2 Workers Die After Falling Into Seed Spreading Truck In Houston
The two men were working outside Wisdom High School in Houston when the accident occurred.
HOUSTON, TX — The two men killed after falling into a truck carrying seed-spreader in Houston have not been identified.
City officials said the two men were working outside a high school on Monday and were preparing to use the spreader. One of the men opened the hatch but became overcome by fumes and fell into the truck.
Authorities said that the second man tried to help but also fell into the truck after becoming overcome by the fumes. A third worker called 911.

The Houston Fire Department requested the medical examiner, OSHA, Houston ISD Police and Houston Police to the scene.
The scene was cleared just after 1 p.m.

Authorities are waiting on autopsy results. A preliminary investigation by police indicates that the deaths were accidental.
