1. Thirty women who accused star quarterback Deshaun Watson of sexual misconduct during massage sessions have reached confidential settlements with the Houston Texans, their attorney said on Friday. Watson was traded to the Cleveland Browns earlier this year and has denied any wrongdoing. (Houston Patch)
2. Nehemiah Juniel, 15, will receive his bachelor's degree in health sciences in August from Sam Houston State University, making him the youngest graduate from the university. He will soon starting studying for the MCAT to pursue his dream of becoming a cardiologist. (Click2Houston)
3. Houston Restaurant Weeks revealed a partial list of menus from participating restaurants on Friday, July 15. More restaurants will be revealed through August 1 for the charity dining promotion. More than 250 restaurants are expected to partake from August 1 to September 5. (CultureMap Houston)
4. Two men were injured inside of a home in Sunnyside during a drive-by shooting, police said. The shooting happened at about 2 a.m. Friday in the 8000 block of Colonial Lane and Hondo Street. (ABC 13)
5. The new Houston ordinance requiring surveillance cameras at select businesses begins next week, as part of a plan to reduce crime in the area. Houston police says they are working with businesses to make sure owners are aware of the changes. (Fox 26)
