Alleged Electric Chair Killer Charged
HPD have filed charges against the man they believe is responsible for a murder in a southwest Houston tattoo studio.

Houston, TX — Abdul Rahman Khan was arrested and charged with the murder of Peter Pina, a body piercer who worked at the Electric Chair Tattoo studio on Richmond Avenue.
Khan, 21, allegedly shot Pina, 33, after entering a restricted area of the shop and being repeatedly asked to leave. As Khan was being escorted to the front of the shop he pulled a gun and shot Pena.
