Conroe Subdivision Offering Homes for Empty Nesters
Grand Central Park, Conroe's newest community, is targeting empty nesters.
CONROE, TX — When the Grand Central Park model homes are completed home buyers will notice something a little different: they are designed for empty nesters.
Of the nine floor plans being offered by Drees Custom Homes, four are one story. All of the models also feature a downstairs guest room. The houses will start at $410,000.
The new community is located along I-45 between FM 1488 and State Highway/Loop 336.
