FEMA Deadlines For Houston Flood Relief Approaching
The registration deadline for relief from the April flooding event is extended until July 29.

HOUSTON, TX — FEMA has extended the registration for homeowners suffering from damages in the April flooding. The latest deadline for DR-4269 registration is now July 29.
The deadline for applying for relief from the May floods, DR-4272, remains Aug. 10.
Disaster survivors may register the following ways:

By phone at 800-621-3362 (FEMA). Applicants who use 711 or Video Relay Service may also call 800-621-3362. Persons who are deaf, hard of hearing or have a speech disability and use a TTY may call 800-462-7585.
The toll-free numbers are open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week. Multilingual operators are available.
