Houston, TX -- Harris County's collection attorneys, Linebarger Goggan Blair &amp; Sampson, will be sending notices to delinquent taxpayers that contain details about paying their tax bill or signing-up for a payment plan. The collection notices are an attempt by the county to avoid a lawsuit. Lawsuits filed will result in foreclosure and the delinquent property being sold at the Harris County Tax Sale. Delinquent taxpayers can sign-up for a payment plan by contacting Linebarger Goggan Blair &amp; Sampson, at 713-844-3561.
