Harris County Sheriff Looking For Capital Murder Suspect
The Harris County Sheriff's Office is looking for a man wanted for capital murder.

Houston, TX -- Yo, you seen Frederick Donnell Foster? The Harris County Sheriff is looking for him.
Five-Oh thinks Foster was involved in a kick-in robbery that went way south. At around 5:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 25, at least two guys went to an apartment complex in the 1000 block of Cypress Station Drive, out by I-45 and Cypress Creek Parkway.

The two guys went to Robert Russo's apartment and, allegedly tried to rob him. Russo, 64, caught a bullet and died during the robbery, but it looks like he tagged one of the bad guys before he went down.
Homicide followed a blood trail from Russo's apartment to the complex's back fence and found Michael Brown, 26, laying next to a ski mask with a bullet in his side.

Brown was taken to a hospital and treated for the gunshot wound. He's in stable condition and, apparently, talking.
The sheriff's office is being pretty cagey with the details. They haven't said exactly what part Foster might have played in the robbery or even if he was at the scene. They just said he's wanted.
