HOUSTON — Houston Crime Stoppers and the Harris County Sheriff's Office are asking for help finding a man they shot and killed another man in 2016. Homicide investigators said Bryan Euymr Vega-Velez shot and killed another man on June 11, 2016.
The incident happened at about 3:00 a.m. at an apartment complex in the 9800 block of West Sam Houston Parkway South.
Police said Euymr Vega-Velez and the victim got involved in a heated argument that escalated when Vega-Velez drew a gun and shot and killed the victim.

Bryan Euymr Vega-Velez is a Hispanic male, 40-years old, 5-feet-8 to 5-feet-10, approximately 190 to 210 lbs. He has brown eyes and balding black hair.
Police are asking anyone with any information to call Crime Stoppers at (713) 222-TIPS (8477). A $5,000 cash reward could be offered for his arrest.
