Houston, Southeast Texas Under A Severe Thunderstorm Watch
All of southeast Texas is under a severe thunderstorm watch until 3 p.m. Sunday

HOUSTON -- The National Weather Service has issued a severe thunderstorm watch for all the southeast Texas region until 3 p.m. Sunday. Storms severe weather impacted the south Texas region much of Saturday, and a new band of storms formed early Sunday over San Antonio.
The band of storms is moving east, and is projected to begin impacting northern segments of northwest Harris County by about 10 a.m.
Residents may experience flooding, heavy rain, hail, as well as the possibility of an isolated tornado.

Officials said parts of the Houston area could see between 1 to 5 inches of rain, which could impact residents living along creeks and bayous in the Houston area.
