HPD Releases Identity Of Tow Truck Driver In Fatal Accident
Oscar Harrison, 33, is accused of hitting Alberto Nduli while he was repossessing his vehicle, officials said.

HOUSTON -- Houston Police have identified the tow truck driver charged with leaving the scene of a fatal accident on Thursday. Police arrested Oscar Harrison, 33,on Thursday after he returned to the scene of an accident in the 7400 South Gessner Road.
The accident happened at 7:25 a.m., police said. According to investigators, Harrison was at the above address to repossess a black Lincoln Navigator. While he was there, the victim, identified as Alberto Nduli and got into an with Harrison.

As Harrison drove away from the home with the vehicle, Nduli tried to stop the vehicles by stepping between the tow truck and the Navigator and was struck by the Navigator.
Harrison did not stop to provide assistance to Nduli and left the scene. Harrison later returned to the scene without the Navigator and was taken into custody without incident. He was subsequently charged with failure to stop and render aid in the 232nd State District Court.
