La Porte PD Arrest Six Teens in Home Invasion Robbery
The La Porte Police Department arrested six teenagers in connection with a home invasion robbery.

La Porte, TX -- Six teenagers were arrested for allegedly participating in a late-night home invasion-style robbery.
A little after 1 a.m. on June 23, someone knocked on the door at a house in the 800 block of Willow Creek Drive. At the time the house was occupied by five people -- a husband, wife, adult son, juvenile son and a house guest.

The adult son opened the door, found a shotgun in his face and a bunch of masked dudes standing outside. The guy with the shotgun pushed his way inside and demanded money.
The husband grabbed his piece, a handgun, and started blasting. The husband was hit in his hand, the intruder took a round in his arm. The masked men split.

The cops showed up and started working the case. The guy with the shotgun was tracked down at an urgent care clinic, where he'd been taken for a gunshot wound. Turned out that the guy with the shotgun was 17-years-old and liked to talk.
The teenager with the shotgun rolled on all of his friends. Within 48 hours the police were able to pick all of the suspects up and charge them for allegedly committing aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon.
The suspects are Gary Garcia, 17, Zachary Kyle Blanchard, 18, Donovan Chakar Allen, 17, Jakobe Desean Graves, 18, Gabriel Angel Patlan, 17, and Lavonte Roland, 17.
