League City PD to Hold Golf Cart Inspection Day
The League City Police Department will inspect residents' golf carts on July 9.
League City, TX -- The League City Police Department will be inspecting and permitting golf carts on July 9. The inspections are required under the city's golf cart ordinance, passed in 2011.
Although the ordinance is more permissive than state law, it does require that a trained volunteer inspector assess golf carts every two years. The free inspections are performed at a resident's home.
