Man Charged In Killing Of Transgender Woman In Houston
Police arrested a man who had been dating 22-year-old Tracy Williams in connection with her death.
HOUSTON, TX — Police have charged a man in the killing of a transgender woman who was found dead near a Houston highway in late July.
Police said Joshua Dominic Bourgeois, 25, had been dating the woman, 22-year-old Tracy Williams. Bourgeois is charged with murder.
Williams was found at 11009 Katy Freeway around 3:30 a.m. on July 30. Williams was found lying the parking lot of a business at that address.

According to police, she suffered a puncture wound and severe lacerations.
Bourgeois was taken into custody on Friday without incident.
