Man Punches Cop, Offers Bribe To Let Him Go: Police
A 25-year-old man who was found passed out in his car is facing charges of assaulting a peace officer and bribery, police said.

SPRING, TX – A man who was allegedly found passed out in the driver’s seat of his car on Sunday night was arrested after he punched a deputy constable and then offered him a bribe, police said. Jesus Villarreal, 25, is in the Harris County Jail.
Deputies were called to the 11800 block of Perry Road by EMS who said they had found a man who appeared to be drunk and asleep. When the deputies arrived, EMS technicians were trying to help Villarreal when he started trying to fight them.
A deputy was trying to calm Villarreal down when he punched the deputy in the nose and tried to escape, deputies said. After a brief struggle with deputies, Villarreal was handcuffed.

While deputies were escorting Villarreal to the patrol car, he allegedly tried to bribe them into letting him go, but deputies refused and took him to jail.
Villarreal was booked in the Harris County Jail and charged with assaulting a peace officer and bribery.
