New Shopping Center Under Construction in Spring

SPRING, TX — Where the road goes, development follows is extremely true in Spring right now. With the opening of State Highway 99/The Grand Parkway, comes a buying and building spree that seemed unthinkable just five years ago.

A new shopping center, Grand Parkway Marketplace, broke ground in April and another is expected to break ground in the next few weeks. Both of the shopping centers are located at the intersection of Kuykendahl and Spring Stuebner.

Just a bit farther out on Kuykendahl, the Spring Town Center shopping center is being expanded with the addition of a new 11,550-square-foot freestanding building.
