Police Arrest 2nd Suspect In Rooftop Shooting That Killed 2
Houston Police arrested Rene Moreno, 20, and Brandon Valdez, 18 in the shooting deaths of Josue and Maximo Aguilar.

HOUSTON — Houston Police have arrested a second suspect in the rooftop sniper shooting that killed two brothers and wounded another man, and a woman.
Police arrested Rene Moreno, 20, who they believe helped the accused shooter Brandon Valdez, 18, escape, and charged him with capital murder.
Valdez, a senior at North Shore High School, was arrested last weekend and charged with capital murder in the shooting in the 12700 block of Eastbrook Drive.

Valdez is accused of shooting and killed brothers Josue Aguilar, 18, and Maximo Aguilar, 21. The brothers were among a group of others who were involved in a fight and were meeting to settle the feud.
Valdez and Moreno are being held in the Harris County Jail without bond.
