Third Cypress Torture House Suspect Arrested By Deputy Constables

HOUSTON — Deputy constables have arrested the third suspect accused of kidnapping and torturing two young men for more than nine hours last month. Deputies arrested Felix Zamarron, 33, Tuesday at a relatives home in the 17200 block of Rush Trace Court in Cypress.

Zamarron, John Indridson, 44, and Lamar Sanders, 36, are accused of holding two men captive at a home in the 13800 block of Bella Drive on April 15 and tortured with staple guns, machetes, and other items for more than nine hours.

The two men were eventually released and warned not to call the police or their families would be harmed.

Deputies were called to another location hours later and met with the two victims. The men told deputies that Indridson had asked them to help him pack up and move from his home on Bella Drive.

When they arrived, they were tied up and beaten Indridson, Sanders, and Zamarron. Deputies went to the home where they found Sanders.

He was arrested and charged with two counts of aggravated kidnapping and two counts of aggravated assault.

Sanders was taken to the Harris County Jail where he was booked and later released on $60,000 bail, police said.

On Monday, Indridson was found hiding out at a west Houston Econo Lodge hotel and arrested by U.S. Marshals as he tried to escape. He has been charged with two counts of aggravated kidnapping and two counts of aggravated assault and has bond set a $100,000.

Zamarron was booked into the Harris County Jail on Tuesday and is being held without bond, police said.
