Trucker Indicted for Death of Three People, Injury of Infant
A Montgomery County grand jury indicted a trucker for allegedly causing an accident that killed three people and injured an infant.

Conroe, TX -- Chad Allan Fletcher, 37, is facing three counts of intoxicated manslaughter and one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after a Montgomery County grand jury indicted him for allegedly causing a fatal crash in April.
Fletcher was behind the wheel of an 18-wheeler around 11 a.m. on April 22, he was heading west with on State Highway 105 with a full head of steam. A loaded down convoy had brought traffic to a virtual standstill.

When Fletcher put the truck in gear he'd allegedly had too much to drink. He came up on the slow down and didn't even hit his brakes. He plowed into a Mercedes killing Eric Shirley, 67, and Doris Moorer, 77.
Shirley's Mercedes collided with a dark colored sedan occupied by Jennifer Crain, 31, and an infant boy. Shirley and Moorer were dead at the scene.

Crain and the baby were taken to Conroe Regional Medical Center, where Crain later died. The baby was transferred to Texas Children's Hospital.
