The first robbery was reported on Jan. 7 at the Cullen Oaks parking garage. A U of H student who was rollerblading on top of the garage, told police that several men drove up, attacked him and stole his car.
The car, a black 2016 Kia with the Texas license plate KXX0328, still has not been found.
Urdy is accused of taking part in the Cullen Oaks hold up on Jan. 7.
Meanwhile, a second robbery was reported Jan. 12, when a student who was leaning on his car was approached by about 5 young men who stole his wallet. The student told police that the men had a gun, but police later learned the weapon was a BB gun.
Three days later, a third robbery was reported at the Bayou Oaks parking lot.
In that case, a student told police he was sitting in his car when two men walked up, opened his passenger side door, and pointed a gun at his head.
The student gave the men his wallet, phone and the keys to his maroon Pontiac G6, which was later found.
Police believe Augustine took part in the robbery at Bayou Oaks.
During the investigation, police recovered a toy gun that looked like a 9mm semi-automatic handgun used in the last robbery, Moore said.
Police have not said if the robberies were connected.
