Casting Director In Houston Film Seeks Local Talent

Directors are looking for local talent to make an impact and fill major roles or be extras. Deadline to apply is next Wednesday, Feb. 21

HOUSTON, TX — Casting directors are looking for Houston-area talent to fill major roles or be extras in scenes slated to film in late February and through March. This indie film in Houston is specifically looking for men and women between the ages of 18 and 55 years old.

The movie is a film about a young man dealing with depression and abuse while reaching his breaking point. The movie industry is a fast-paced industry which requires progressive minds and hardworking people, and indie films often have a huge impact on actors, directors and the industry. Though many indie films start out with the goal of being featured in local film festivals, some go far beyond expectations and make it big-time.

There are a significant number of roles still available with submissions being accepted until later this month in Houston. Below are the descriptions for the featured roles; they will also need dozens of background extras.
