Houston Man Arrested On Child Porn Charges
Joshua Fairchild admitted using his phone to search for images of sexual assault.
HOUSTON, TX — A tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children led to the March 2 arrest of a Houston man this week for possession of child pornography.
Joshua Fairchild was charged with three counts of possession and distribution of child pornography by the Harris County Sheriff's Office High Tech Crimes division, the office announced.
According to authorities, a search warrant was carried out in the 9800 block of FM 1960 Bypass West, and during the search Fairchild admitted to officers that he had used this phone to search for and download images containing the sexual assault of minors.

Fairchild is being held on a $60,000 bond.
