HOUSTON, TX — Memorial High School went on lockdown Tuesday afternoon, according to officials from the Spring Branch ISD.
"Memorial High School is on lockdown, and everyone is safe," Spring Branch ISD spokesman Steven Brunsman said in the Houston Chronicle. "Police are conducting an investigation."
Channel 13 ABC Eyewitness news said the school received a threatening phone call, prompting the lockdown, and that police are currently on campus.
