NW Houston Business Owner Kills Intruder With 1 Shot
Man sleeping at his business heard a break in. He then grabbed his gun and dropped the intruder with just one shot, per HPD.

HOUSTON, TX — A business owner in northwest Houston decided to sleep at his office Sunday night, and he wound up killing someone trying to break in during nightfall.
Houston Police Department said the man heard a noise shortly after midnight. He got up, grabbed his gun and went to investigate what was going on at the business located in the 6100 block of Pinemont Drive. Police said the man noticed someone trying to break in, and he fired a shot, killing the suspected intruder with just one pull of the trigger
Homicide investigators are gathering evidence to validate the story provided them, per this report on KHOU.
The District Attorney's Office will review the reports to determine if any charges will be filed.
