Rolls-Royce Driver Escapes Serious Injury, But $400,000 Car Sustains Bullet Wound
Man driving in west Houston in convertible Dawn hurt by shattered glass; police investing early morning shooting.
It seems it wasn't a bulletproof Rolls-Royce, but its driver nevertheless escaped with nothing more than a few minor cuts from broken glass after someone fired into the $400,000 car on Monday.
The incident, which took place near Memorial Park, is being investigated by Houston Police Department officers. Authorities say they have no motive in the shooting, which left at least one bullet hole in the Rolls-Royce Dawn convertible.
