Crystal Lagoon coming to NE Houston

Land Tejas, a Houston-area land developer, is set to bring a piece of the Caribbean to Northeast Houston in the form of a two-acre artificial “Crystal Lagoon” recreational pool. The lagoon will be designed to replicate the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean and will be part of the new Land Tejas development, Balmoral, located at Beltway 8 and Woodland Hills Drive.
