Flags Across Kingwood share patriotic pride

Independence Day is undeniably the biggest patriotic holiday of the year. As July 4 approaches, people can be seen decorating their homes with all things American. While all the patriots pull their streamers and holiday attire out of storage and head to the local firework stand, there is one image that ties all of Independence Day together, the American flag.
The American flag is very symbolic. Every aspect of the flag represents this nation’s history. People take pride in this strong expression of patriotism and display it proudly. Accordingly, the Kingwood Rotary Club shares this same honor with their Flags Across Kingwood Program that has been in place for 11 years.
