Graffiti in Kingwood: summer shenanigans or something sinister?

Offensive graffiti has appeared at several locations in Kingwood over the summer, including greenbelts in the Mills Branch neighborhood, footbridges near Creekwood Middle School, and the area near Rock Springs and Northpark Drive, among others. One resident stated on social media that the graffiti was so thick near the ditch between Sand Creek and Greentree that he could hardly see the concrete for all the paint.
